When an act of desperation can make the strongest fall. That's the time we should be praying for guidance from above. For too long we have been straying from those we truly love. It's a time for new beginnings; a time to make amends; When we set our minds to winning some new and valued friends. It's a time to count our blessings, though humble they may be, As we come to God confessing, what He means to you and me. Then our troubles shall diminish as the Master fills our cup, For once we've hit the bottom . . . the only way is up!
