NEW ELECTION RULES FOR 2004

Florida will vote two weeks before the rest of the nation. As a matter of routine, one week before the voting is to take place, all eligible voters will begin a diet of prunes, prune juice, FiberCon and Metamucil in an effort to avoid voting irregularities. A two-hour block of instruction will be given prior to any voting taking place. This will insure that all eligible voters at least have inkling of what is supposed to happen once they are inside the booth. Candidates pictures will be on the ballot and the picture will be punched to insure the right candidate has been voted for. As part of the voter orientation pictures and names will be shown to the voters. Mail in ballots will have some hope of being in and counted before Christmas. It's just an election and no body looks at those much any way. Candidates must have some hope of winning. Rush Limbaugh will not tell the nation it will be a short night. CNN will not forecast the winner 30 seconds after the polls close.
