"Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things"...
2 Timothy 2:7...

A thought from Jason

Are you in love?

When was the last time you fell in love? What did you feel? Did you marry that person? Did you feel as if nothing could hinder your relationship between you and that person? Falling in love. What a thought.

Now let me ask you one question: When was the last time you fell in love with God? What was your first thought today? Was it about the overwhelming feelings of what you had to accomplish today?

Have you ever looked at your Bible and realized that the God who wrote that book you have in your hands loves you more than you can possibly imagine. Look at those words again. More than you can possibly imagine.

God loves you so much that He cant get His mind off you. He's obsessed with you and your life. Why you ask? Because He loves you. Why all the trouble of concerning Himself so much with us? Because He loves you.

It is a comforting thought to know then even when we arenít so lovable God is still standing, walking, running, or sitting with us willing to hold our hand and love on us. God cant get you out of His mind because He doesnít want to.

Now I ask you again, when was the last time you fell in love? Try falling in love with God.

Give Him your first thoughts your first desire in the morning when you first wake up.

Give Him your worries because Heís crazy about you.

He longs for your mouth to open and for you to ask Him a question that He desires to answer for you.

ď Can a women forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, yet I will not forget you. See , I have inscribed you on the palms of My handsÖ
Isaiah 49:15-16

Look at that verse again. When I read that I literally jump for joy. When I was in grade school I used to always forget my homework assignment for the evening. So I developed a habit of writing my assignments down on the palm of my hand. And every evening I remembered my assignment to finish for my teacher.

You see , Jesus had an assignment, and that assignment was to get you back to Him. His Father had given Him specific instructions and He wrote it down He even had a nail go through it to prove that He loves you so much. He's in love with you, so please grow to say , Iím in love with God.

Have a blessed day.... Jason
